Tips

Power-up your presentations with these tips!

CONTENT FIRST

Don't make the mistake of designing your slides before you have your content. Gathering your content first, gives you an idea of how you want your slides to look and feel. For example, you can use storyboards to create and arrange your content.

MAKE IT RELEVANT

When presenting data, it is important for you to make the data relevant to the message and to your audience. This is one of the things that will make your presentation successful. Also, when presenting data, you should always ask yourself this question, "why should me auidence care about this?"

GRAMMAR CHECK

Don't forget to check your grammar! Give a positive first impression with clean slides that are free of grammar mistakes.

KILL THE BULLETS

We are big proponents of stopping the use of bullet-points in presentations. Bullet-points make presentation slides ugly and there are multiple alternatives that you can use to replace them. One of these examples include the use of icons.
